Berzinsky Architects is in the middle of a major refresh of the guest rooms and corridors at this five start botique hotel in Center City Philadelphia. Berzinsky was tasked with incorporating existing casegoods and carpeting into the design, while at the same time planning for their replacement in future renovations, all while maintaining a hushed luxury feeling.
